Look for a knockout panel. 2. Remove trim, stops, and sash. 3. Assess the frame. 4. Clean up. 5. Replace damaged or missing glass and glazing compound. 6. Stain or paint. 7. “Kaloleni consists of approximately 500 housing structures which were built by Italian prisoners of war in the 1940s. The design of Kaloleni was influenced by the Garden City concept of Sir Ebenezer Howard’s Garden City Movement, which attempted to provide citizens with an alternative to crowded and unhealthy cities…The Kaloleni Library is the smallest branch of the three and caters to a much younger audiences, mostly children. Restoration plans for this library are focused on children, and was completed in June 2020. Plans extend to the adjacent Kaloleni Social Hall, which holds a significant place in Kenya’s independence history. It was here that leaders like Tom Mboya, Jaramogi Oginga Odinga, Jomo Kenyatta and Milton Obote addressed large meetings attended by up to 6,000 people. The building also served as Kenya’s unofficial parliament in the early 1950s and was where Kenya’s first parliamentary election results were announced in 1963.” - BookBunk

Your kitchen can be nice!

Renovation of any room in the house should begin with a clear plan for demarcating the room into zones, if this was originally planned, and determining the places where all the interior items will be placed. Kitchen planning requires special attention. The interior of this room should be not only cozy, practical, but also functional. Many users believe that it is better to buy a modular kitchen - a set that consists of separate elements of different sizes. They can be arranged in a wide variety of variations. Such kitchen sets have a number of advantages, one of which is a large assortment of products that differ in stylish, modern design and practicality of use. How to design a kitchen - basic principles of planning During the arrangement of the kitchen room, many different factors must be taken into account: the location of the room in the apartment, its configuration, size, number of family members, location of engineering communications. Before designing a kitchen, you should familiarize yourself with the 5 basic rules for convenient planning of a functional, cozy, convenient and safe interior: Determine the place for the sink, because it requires connection to communications and acts as the main center of activity in the kitchen. Only after that you can plan where the furniture and appliances will be placed. When installing the stove, it is necessary to leave at least 40 cm of working surface on both sides of it. The refrigerator can be hidden behind the door of the kitchen set or left open by placing it in the opposite corner of the kitchen work surface. The choice in this case is yours. If you have a large family and, fortunately, a fairly spacious kitchen, you can use pencil cases placed in the corners of the dining table, as well as other elements of the sets, to store a large number of dishes.
Users often buy ready-made kitchens, preferring to choose a set option in which everything is already thought out down to the last detail. Buying such headsets allows you to get a number of advantages: their production time is much shorter, a person knows what kind of product he will get, and sometimes even has the opportunity to see a sample in the store's showroom, such sets are cheaper than custom-made ones. And another positive point is a huge selection of design solutions. In the assortment of ready-made kitchens, you can find both modern sets and those made in a classic style. Every, even the most demanding consumer will be able to find an option that will satisfy all his needs, wishes and financial capabilities. When choosing a kitchen set by style and color, consider the following points: Light colors visually expand the space; Bright shades give the interior extraordinariness and help increase appetite; Classic is always a win-win option. In this style, headsets are usually made of natural wood, which look very refined and expensive. Modern — differs in simplicity and functionality. The color scheme is usually calm, mostly white and beige. High-tech is a modern style that involves equipping the kitchen with the latest technology. Glass and metal prevail in the design of headsets. Country is a simple and cozy cuisine. Furniture facades are made of wood. Among the variety of styles and colors of kitchen sets, choose the one that suits you. Remember: regardless of all the rules of kitchen design, it will look great only if it is made with quality and taste.
